Support Through Pregnancy, Loss, Postpartum, and Parenthood

This journey can be filled with a range of emotions and challenges, and having support during this time is so important. Whether you’re navigating conception, coping with loss, or adjusting to the changes that come with motherhood, I’m here to provide a safe space to explore your feelings and experiences.

I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), with advanced training in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive loss, and the emotional transition into parenthood.

Support for pregnancy, postpartum, reproductive loss, and parenting transitions

WHAT YOU MIGHT BE EXPERIENCING

  • Constant worry, racing thoughts, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed

  • Difficulty adjusting to pregnancy, postpartum, or changes in identity

  • Grief related to pregnancy loss, infertility, or reproductive experiences

  • Feeling disconnected from yourself, your body, or your relationships

  • Irritability, sadness, numbness, or not feeling like yourself

  • Pressure to “hold it all together” while struggling internally

  • Anxiety surrounding pregnancy, parenting, or the future

  • Relationship stress or feeling unsupported during this stage of life

These experiences can feel isolating, but they are more common than many people realize - and you don’t have to navigate them alone.

IN THERAPY, WE MAY FOCUS ON

  • Managing anxiety and overwhelm

  • Processing grief and reproductive loss

  • Navigating identity changes and life transitions

  • Improving communication and support within relationships

  • Building coping tools that feel realistic and sustainable

  • Creating space for your own needs and emotions

You do not need to have a specific diagnosis or “be struggling enough” to deserve support.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, grieving, anxious, or simply unlike yourself, therapy can help
you feel more supported and grounded through this stage of life.
