Much of my work focuses on anxiety, relationships, and reproductive or parenting transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and loss. I work with individuals and couples navigating overwhelm, communication challenges, life transitions, and the emotional complexities that can come with these experiences.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I integrate evidence-based and relational therapy approaches while helping clients feel more grounded, supported, and connected to themselves and their relationships.
I hold specialized certifications in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and couples therapy. My goal is to help you leave sessions feeling understood and better equipped to navigate life with more clarity, confidence, and connection.
